I would use the Halloween twine or any brads to make cards for Operation Write Home. Because the cards are mailed several times, I avoid thick embellishments that might get caught up in the mail sorters, so brads, ribbons, and twines are better than thick embellishments like buttons!

I am making a page using Boo and pictures of my grandson, with a title "my little Monster". It would also use Twine in "baby boy" and some Shaped Braddies - Boy. Imagine the large picture of my laughing grandson with marker on his hands and face slightly off center with twine wrapping the bottom of the photo, (matted on Doodlebug cardstock), with Boo down in the left corner, braddies and twine making an embellishment cluster and the title across the upper left of the picture and the upper left of the page. Voila, Doodlebug delight!

Love doodlebug twine! I need the baby boy colors for my baby boy pages! I also love the tidbits esp. the colors bon--bon and swimming pool! I could use those on a lot of pages, both boy and girl! Thanks for the chance to win!!
My favorite Doodlebug Embellishment is the Sugarplums shaped buttons. I would use the buttons to embellish my Christmas Cookbook. Every year, my stamp group has a cookie exchange/brunch for Christmas. We exchange cookies, have fun, and share the recipes. We take those recipes and make a Christmas themed cookbook that my demonstrator helps us with. The little gingerbread people would give my cookbook the finishing touches that it needs and give a really cute look. SO CUTE!
I would usually go for the pretty blingy jewels but I love the bubblegum tidbits! The different shapes are advantageous because it can be used for a variety of things. I would use it for homemade cards, decorating special photographs, handmade pouches and maybe even brooches. Love the colour too!!

Hard to choose with so many adorable embellishments but I think the Doodlebug : Buttons - LIL' SPOOKS SHAPED are so sweet and I am already beginning wall quilts for Halloween...the buttons would be the perfect accent~
There are so many great things to choose from, but my favorite would have to be....... Doodlebug : SUGAR COATING GLITTER I would use this to add sparkle to special gift cards for friends and family.

My favorite Doodlebug embellishment is the strawberry - the Doodle-pops Berry Sweet. It can be used in a number of ways - on a thank you card, as in you are "berry sweet", and on a birthday card, as in "have a berry sweet birthday"...add a bit of ribbon a few pearls or gems and you have a quick card that looks like it took lots more time to put together! S. Russell

With doodlebug ... what's not to love?? :) My FAVORITE would have to be the buttons!! I love the themed buttons and the tidbits! I use them on cards, pages and paper crafts. I made a card that had a snow globe effect, but the snow was tidbits about babies. LOVE this contest!!
Well there are so many wonderful embellishments to chose from and you would like me to chose one favorite? LOL Ok I did find one that I loved in particular. It is the Mini Pearls ~ Spring. I love pearls and jewels and use them in my page layouts (we have 5 girls) and on my cards. The add just the right touch.
I really love the twine since I don't have any and have seen it used so wonderfully on cards. I only saw a few colors, so probably the Halloween assortment (though I'd use it for non-halloweeny stuff).
I like the pearls , but the item that really caught my eye was the paper frills tuxedo assortment. I make a lot of cards and this would add so much to them!
Very hard to find just one type of embellishments, Doodelebug has many good stuff. If I have to choose, I like the "tidbits" very much, their forms and colours would be decorating my cards, give a special touch for them.
Anyway, really hard to find anything on OMC website, what I can't use in my craft works;-)

Wow there are so many to choose from, I do a tom of crafts with my grand-daughter Serenity, and it would be fun to play with the glitter with her, or the apron....she loves to craft!
I love all the Doodlebug embellishments, but right now I would choose the baby girl shaped braddies to make a flower bouquet on the front of a card; I would give it ribbon stems and tie it with embroidery floss. Fun!
OMG, I love them all, but if I had to choose, I love the Clear Stamps Sweet Cakes the best....I can see some cute cupcake and bakery treat tags being created in my craft corner.
I love the SUGARPLUMS SHAPED BUTTONS. I just ordered a bunch over the weekend, since they were on sale. I can't wait to use them to get a head start on my Christmas cards.

I am very interested in trying out the Doodle Twine. It seems to be such a versatile product. I have just designed a set of thank you notecards with a sewing theme. Just a little button embellishment with the twine pulled through would be perfect. Great for cards, scrapbooks, tags, and wrapping gifts!

I am in LOVED LOVE LOVE LOVE WITH TWINE!!! I got an assorted colors pacjage and now have to make one of every color whenever I make a card!!! I wrap it around a decorative paper-cpvered piece of cardstock trimmed just slightly smaller than the card itself and then wrap twinw around 4 times. I then put my greeting on a tag which I then of course attatch with the twine. I AM ADDICTED!!
Oh my goodness! How do you choose favorite embellies?!? Love the clear stamps since you can use them over and over again...but also the twine is fab...and can you ever have too many buttons?!? I would use all of it to make some cards! Especially end-of-the-year teacher thank you cards!
