  6. I agree with a lot of the others. The glass etching is such a cool technique! I would want to use it to make a cool picture frame for my parents.

  16. My gifts to my family is personalized glass etching...I love armor etch ! When my niece got married this year she had a lot of glass vases that I managed to get ahold of for this exact project...so it's double special. I can't wait to see the look on her face when she gets her gift and realizes where the glass came from. I hope I don't run out of armor etch !

  19. Since seeing your Milk for Santa mug... I've been going crazy with glass etching!! The things you can do with etching creme & Vinyl!!! I've made beautiful cookie plates with nativity scenes... I've made glass mugs w/ my family's names on them and mirrors and frames!!! It's WONDERFUL!!! I've got almost all of my family covered for gifts!!! But now I need to restock on etching creme & vinyl! Thank you thank you thank you!!! Angel Williams

  21. I like the soap dispenser's stamping on clear plastic technique. I have 500 sheets of 11x14 transparency film (cousin's employer gave their surplus away after changing their copier/printer). Now I have at least one project in which to put the sheets to good use! I plan to decorate soap and hand sanitizers for teacher gifts, baby shower gift,or even going-away-to-college gift baskets!

  23. My favourite technique that I learned was putting the stamps on acetate and then putting them in clear bottles to customize them :)

  30. All of the ideas on the blog are fun, but I think I would like to do the Christmas tissue boxes. And then I would use the sparkle vinyl to embellish other things in my office and make them festive. Love it!!

  31. i donno how to do glass etching (milk glass for santa) but have been wanting to try for awhile.. id do all sorts of things from jars to plates to cups etc.. thanks for all the great ideas and the chance to win!

  32. I learned about glass etching. I would use it to make designs on casserole dishes and pie plates so people could have a surprise as they take things out.

  40. I did glass etching on my Mother - in - laws breafast table and she just loved it. Her friends were so impressed and I was even offered a job. As long as you follow the directions and pay attention to detail it can be an easy and gratifyingly mpressive work. This was even MY first experience and I was impressed!! It was fun too! I highly reccommend try it!!

  41. I loved the idea of the etched glasses, too. I thought it would be great to make some glass coasters as gifts, or little square magnets with etched designs on thme! I've never worked with the cream before. I love all the vinyl projects.
