I was very excited to see that the die would cut the glitter tulle here...http://clearsnap.blogspot.com/2011/10/fresh-vintage-flower-tags.html...on the Clearsnap blog. I've been collecting fabric remnants with the intent to make my own flower embellished throw pillows and thought I'd have to use a sewing pattern for the flowers! Instead I'm going to pull out my Big Shot and go to town!

I visited http://eileenhull.blogspot.com/ to learn about this die and technique. I thought the most unique material used was the Inked Wallpaper shown in the picture. I had never seen or read about using wallpaper, and would like to learn more about it. I also visited http://clearsnap.blogspot.com/2011/10/fresh-vintage-flower-tags.html, and love the 3D fluffy flower.

I liked the vellum flowers sprayed with mists done by Jean from Clearsnap. Cool and shimmery!

Another great hop. The most unique material, was the pop-up unicorn. Too cute.

Being a fabric lover, the modge podge covered fabric really caught my eye! Took fabric in a unique direction!

Jean with Clearsnap use of vellum was my favorite material used. Also, Ellen showed a board of endless materials used to create flowers. Each designer did an amazing job showcasing this die!

I thought the fabric used at http://fabricbowsandmore.blogspot.com/

was unique. The way the fabric was folded to make it look more fluffy. Very cute and great idea!

The most unique to me was Jean at the Clear Snap blog. The material I liked the most was the vellum & glitter tulle. I also like her application of putting the flowers on tags.
God bless,

On the clearsnap blog they showed all kinds of things being cut with this die but the one I really like is the fabric because you can make such great flowers but I was happy to hear about the Mod Podge because I think this will make my flowers stiffer.

I'm going with the bubble wrap on Eileen's blog-http://eileenhull.blogspot.com/2011/10/sizzix-fresh-vintage-blog-hop-flower.html
.I've tried a lot of the others-soft drink cans being one of my favorites-but I would have never thought of trying bubble wrap.I have 6 Sizzix flower dies already so I'm trying the bubble wrap tonight!

The most unusual material to me was the fabric covered in modge podge to basically make oil cloth. Very interesting.

I really love the patchwork fabric flowers that Fabric Bows and More made! http://fabricbowsandmore.blogspot.com/2011/10/sizzix-fresh-vintage-blog-hop-flower.html
What a great way to use up lots of fabric scraps you have laying around!

I really like the glittered tool from the projects for this die! I also loved the flowers cut with fabric! But the most UNIQUE thing that I saw cut with this die was pop soda cans! Wow!! That was creative!

I forgot to leave the link to the pop can: http://eileenhull.blogspot.com/2011/10/sizzix-fresh-vintage-blog-hop-flower.html

I found the fabric used on several of the blogs!
