Luck Blocks
Created by OMC Designer Jill
Supply List:
Mod Podge (Coming soon to OMC)
Instructions:
1. Paint each block with My Color Phantom black paint. Let Dry.
2. Paint each block with a coat of Mod Podge. Sprinkle lightly with Glitter Ritz DK Gold glitter and let dry.
3. Cut out one 2 1/2"x 21/2" square out of each of the four different cardstock colors.
4. Ink the edges of each square with Versafine Onyx ink using the Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool to blend it easily and give it that distressed look.
5. Coat the back of one of the squares of cardstock with Mod Podge and center it on one of the blocks of wood. Press firmly to make sure it is attached well. Do this with all four pieces of cardstock and let dry.
6. Cut out 2" letters spelling LUCK with whatever font you would like out of OH My Vinyl - Gold Flake and cut out a corresponding shadow with POW Glitter Paper - Black.
7. Glue the black glitter shadow to the back of the gold glitter letter (gold glitter vinyl is sticky on the back so this will help). Then use hightac tape to glue one of each letter set onto one block so that the blocks spell out LUCK.
