Beach Party Card

Supplies Used:

Bazzill Basics : 12" x 12" Cardstock - Aquamarine
Fancy Pants : Summer Soul Collection Pack
Fancy Pants : Summer SoulEmbellishments
Ranger Ink : Stickles Glitter Glue - Stardust, Paprika, Cinnamon
EKSuccess : EK Tools Large Edger Punch - Birthday
Tim Holtz : Distress Ink Pad - Vintage Photo

Instructions:
1. Cut a piece of aquamarine cardstock 5 1/2" x 10" and ink the edges with the distress ink pad. Score in the middle, and fold the cardstock in half. This will be your card base.
2. From the collection pack, find and cut out a strip of 6 of the surfboards. Ink the edges of the surfboards.
3. Punch a 5 1/2" strip of tangerine colored paper from the collection pack using the Birthday punch.
4. Cut a banner from the collection pack and stamp a birthday sentiment on it. Use the Cinnamon Stickles on the sentiment to overlay the letters and allow to dry. Attach it to a piece of brown paper from the collection pack.
5. Punch out a flower embellishment from the embellishment sheet and adhere it onto a piece of tangerine paper to make it pop!
6. Adhere all of the paper pieces onto the card base.
7. Add a cute embellishment to the inside of the card as well.

Patriotic Food Labels

Supplies Used:

Bazzill Basics :Dark Red Cardstock, Dark Blue Cardstock, Tan Cardstock
Tim Holtz : Distress Ink Pad - Fired Brick, Faded Jeans
American Crafts : Pebbles Inc. : Let Freedom Ring - Accordion Pennant
American Crafts : Pebbles Inc. : Let Freedom Ring Dimensional Stickers
American Crafts :Pebbles Inc. : Let Freedom Ring Masking Tape Stickers
Adhesive
Black Marker

Ranger Ink : Stickles Glitter Glue

Instructions:
1. Cut red and blue cardstock 6" x 4" and tan cardstock 5 ½" x 3 ½".
2. Ink the edges of the tan cardstock with the opposite color of ink as the background cardstock you have used.
3. Adhere the tan cardstock on top of the red/blue cardstock.
4. Embellish the card with the patriotic stickers
5. Add Stickles to give the stickers that extra sparkle! Let dry completely.
6. Think of a creative way to name your food to be served.
7. Using a black marker practice the way you want to write the name of your foods to be served on a scrap piece of cardstock.
8. Lightly make a straight line with a pencil on your food label. Using this line as a guide write the name of your food on the card. I went back over each letter and made them bolder and fancier!
9. Place in front of the food one your table.
10. Dig in and celebrate the 4th of July!

Cupcake Wood Shape

Supplies Used:
Wood Designs : Cupcake
Martha Stewart : Acrylic Craft Paint
Patterned Paper
Flower Embellishments
Jewel Embellishments
Ribbon
Glitter

Instructions:

1. Paint the top of the wood shape with the color of frosting that you want for the cupcake.
2. Paint the bottom portion of the wood shape with the color that you want for the bottom of the cupcake.

3. Once the paint is dry, spray the frosting portion of the cupcake with spray adhesive and sprinkle the wet glue with glitter.

4. For the wrapper, fan fold your chosen piece of patterned paper. Once finished, cut the patterned paper to wrap around the cupcake like a wrapper.

5. Use the embellishments to act as the sprinkles for the top of the cupcake.
