It's That Easy: Pilgrim Hat and Mayflower Boat
Created by OMC Designer Whitney

Supplies Used:
Lifestyle Crafts : Pilgrim Hat

Lifestyle Crafts : Mayflower Boat

Ranger Ink : Sticky-Back Canvas

Bazzill Basics : 12" x 12" - North Sea and Pinecone

Kanban Crafts : Duo Mirror Reflective - Gold

Die Cutting Machine (such as the Big Shot, Cuttlebug, Epic 6, Vagabond, or Grand Calibur)

Instructions:

Step 1: Die Cut

- Die cut Pilgrim Hat using brown cardstock for the hat, gold cardstock for the buckle, and blue cardstock for the trim.

- Die cut Mayflower Boat using brown cardstock for the boat, gold for the pole, and canvas for the sail.

Here are instructions for cutting Lifestyle Crafts’ Dies with the different Die Cutting Machines:
Machine
Mats for Cutting
Cutting Platform + Cutting Mat
Cutting Mats: A+B+C
Multipurpose Platform + 2 Acrylic  Mats
Base Plate + Cutting Plate
Platform + 2 Acrylic Mats

Tip: If the dies are not cutting all the way through your material, then add a shim (such as a layer of cardstock to add a little extra thickness) or roll it through the machine twice.

Step 2: Assemble

Assemble the pieces together to create a dimensional hat and boat. Use adhesive to hold any loose pieces together.

Step 3: Finishing Touches

Add finishing touches, such as writing names on the sail, inking edges, or adding treats.

Happy crafting!
