Sizzix Fresh Vintage
[ Hop back ][ Hop forward ]

Featured on the Sizzix Fresh Vintage Blog Hop today is the ScoreBoard Vase die! Click on the link above to view the designs.

After you check out the different projects, make sure to answer the question below for a chance to win the Flower, Layer #9 die from the Fresh Vintage collection!

Today's question is:

Now that you've seen what the designer's have created, what unique thing would YOU do with this die?

Happy blogging!

I can see a turkey tail for thanksgiving, a fab holder for my copic markers, and, if cut to individual pieces on the score line and stuck on a skewer, fab little flower labels (or decorative in a cake, etc).

I would probably use it as a treat container or vase for beautiful handmade flowers. Thanks for the fun hop.

All the projects are so cute! I especially like the Halloween candy holder, and that's what I would use this alot for each holiday! But, for something unique, I would use the die to make a holder for some of my craft tools, like markers and pens.

I would use it for general party accents, as well as a way to hold homemade cookies to give as gifts for the holidays!

I especially like the crown that Bonnie made here...http://bonniebruns.typepad.com/bonnie-bruns/2011/10/fresh-vintage-blog-hop-eileen-hull-vase-die.html. It would be fun to make one for each of my friends when they have a birthday. They would all get to be Queen for a Day!!

I would use it for party deco or a baby or wedding showers. I don't know who chose these designers but they were outstanding! I've gotten more ideas from these blog hops the past couple of weeks than any Spellbinder's hop!

Since the shape of the vase die is curved, I can't help but wonder if you placed a bunch end to end if it would make a wreath! I can just see it decorated for all different holidays and seasons.

I love all the designers ideas! What I would do with this die, is something I've been wanting to do: make mini folding fans that can be given away as party favors at a wedding or wedding shower.

Now that i have seen Eileen's video i can see my Christmas gift giving is sorted. If I bake my Christmas cakes in terracotta pots then stencil some matboard in red, green and gold, using Christmas stencils, wrap up the pots in the vase die, finish with some stencilled tags from the movers and shapers range and Voila. Made with love and looks ab fab

I would make 3-D wall art with it. I'd cut it in half and adhere it to flat canvas and fill it with flowers, sticks, vines, whatever.
